You are responsible for maintaining equipment in a secure location, preventing damage to the equipment and returning the equipment when the service is terminated. If equipment is not returned or is returned damaged, you are responsible for replacement costs, which range between $400 and $700 depending on the subscriber equipment used.

The failure of RECN to enforce this Agreement, for whatever reason, shall not be construed as a waiver of any right to do so at any time.

You agree that, if any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable laws as nearly as possible, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
